At Villa Mary Lou in Zadar, the private pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included when you rent the whole villa. They are reserved for the guests staying in the house throughout their booking. This is holiday accommodation with its own wellness facilities, rather than a spa offering separate day visits.
That arrangement makes a difference to how you spend your time. An evening in the jacuzzi can follow dinner at your own table. A quiet morning by the pool can be part of a day with no plans outside the house. You share the spaces with the people you have chosen to travel with.
Three facilities connected to the spaces you live in
The photographs show how the wellness area fits into Mary Lou. The outdoor pool sits within the villa's terrace area, beside the loungers and the rooms facing the courtyard. The jacuzzi occupies a wooden deck next to the house. From inside the sauna, the glazed doors look towards the jacuzzi and pool.
The spaces are close together, making it easy for your group to spend time in the same part of the villa while doing different things. Someone can relax on a lounger while others use the jacuzzi or sit on the terrace. You are still at your holiday home, with the kitchen, dining areas and bedrooms part of the same booking.
| Facility | Setting at Mary Lou | Included with |
|---|---|---|
| Private pool | Outdoors, alongside the villa and terrace | Your whole-villa stay |
| Sauna | An enclosed room looking towards the terrace | Your whole-villa stay |
| Jacuzzi | Outside, on the deck beside the house | Your whole-villa stay |
You can explore the setting in the villa gallery. The images show the actual property, so you can picture where you would spend your time before choosing dates.

What private wellness means during your booking
The facilities are for your group. They are not shared with guests from other accommodation, and you do not book a separate wellness visit through this website. Your reservation is for Villa Mary Lou, with the pool, sauna and jacuzzi included as part of the stay.
When you arrive, follow the hosts' instructions for operating and using the equipment. If you have a particular requirement, include it with your accommodation inquiry so Marija and Luka can explain the arrangements. There is no need to build a separate spa package into your holiday plan to use the facilities that come with the villa.
The pool has heating, but it remains outdoors. The jacuzzi is outside too. Their setting is part of the experience and also means that outdoor conditions matter; heating should not be read as a guarantee of a particular water temperature or winter swimming.
A house to enjoy between time in the water
Wellness is only one part of the space you rent. Mary Lou has four bedrooms and 259 m² of villa space, with a recommended capacity of eight and a maximum of ten guests. The kitchen, living area and shared dining spaces give your group a place to spend the rest of the day together.
You might begin with breakfast at the house, go into Zadar for lunch and return for an evening on the terrace. On another day, you could stay in, cook together and make the pool the focus of the afternoon. These are ways to use your own time, without a programme of treatments or organised activities attached to the booking.
The covered dining terrace is another place to gather. In the evening photographs, you can see how the table, fireplace and view towards the pool relate to each other. Looking at the full layout helps you choose a villa for the time you will actually spend there, including the hours between outings.

Combine your villa stay with Zadar
Mary Lou is at Ulica Otona Ivekovića 50, with the city and coast available for days out. If time at the sea is also a priority, our guide to staying near the beach with a private pool explains the nearby coastal areas and how to plan the route from the house.
For September, October or early November, the autumn guide to Zadar brings together the Old Town, museums and excursions. You can choose the amount of exploring that suits you while keeping time to enjoy the villa's own facilities.
Reserve the villa with wellness included
Villa Mary Lou welcomes guests from 15 May to 15 November. The minimum stay is four nights outside the main season. Between 13 June and 12 September, stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
The nightly rate shown on the website is for the whole villa, not a price per person for a wellness session. Choose your dates and view the price for your stay, then send an inquiry with the number of guests. Marija and Luka confirm availability and the booking details personally, with no online payment on this website.
